Assignment Details

Flexing It is looking to engage with an HR Admin for a full-time role on a hybrid basis. 
An HR and Admin Associate manages day-to-day human resources operations and office administration, including employee records, onboarding, recruitment support, and attendance tracking. They serve as a liaison for staff inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Maintain employee data, manage personnel files, and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
  • Assist with job postings, schedule interviews, and process monthly attendance for payroll.
  • Handle administrative tasks, manage office supplies, and coordinate logistics for meetings/events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries regarding policies, leave, and benefits.
  • Coordinate BGV and employee contracts
  • Help with any other backend support as and when needed
  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
  • Ensure accurate computation of salary, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, etc.
  • Handle statutory compliances, including:
    -PF (Provident Fund)
    -TDS on salary
  • Generate and share monthly payslips and payroll reports.
  • Maintain payroll records, employee master data, and attendance/leave inputs.
  • Assist in year-end payroll activities such as Form 16 preparation and reconciliation.

    Note: This is a Full-Time Role
    Capacity: Full-Time Capacity 
    Nature of Work: Hybrid (Onsite- Delhi) 


     

Skills Required

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Admin work is a must-have. 
  • Well-versed with employee data, payroll, stakeholder management etc; 
  • Problem-solving and Excellent communication skills;
  • Well-versed in payroll records and day-to-day HR admin tasks.
