Our client, a leading Indian multinational pharmaceutical company, is seeking to engage a TA / Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for key support functions.
Responsibilities:
Understand role requirements and associated skills.
Coordinate with external partners and leverage recruitment platforms as needed.
Conduct first-round screening and shortlisting of candidates.
Directly interact with business stakeholders to align on hiring needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiations and supporting onboarding as needed.

Experience & Industry Preference:
Prior experience in Pharma and FMCG is expected.
Preferred industries: Pharma, OTC, FMCG, Manufacturing (Chemicals, Fertilisers, Automobile, Consumer Goods, etc.)
1-A university degree holder in H.R./ Business Administration.
2-Minimum of 3 years of HR Operations related experience (Talent Acquisition),
3-Communication skills in English. Other spoken language(s) is an
advantage.
4-Strong computer knowledge in word processing / database software e.g. Excel including
Powerpoint presentation
5-Familiarity with standard office equipment and procedures.
6-Excellent interpersonal skills and networking.
