Role Overview:-


We are looking for an experienced HR Digital Transformation Specialist to lead digital and AI-led initiatives within the HR function. This role will focus on integrating multiple HR systems and portals, identifying opportunities for automation and agentic AI adoption, and driving data-backed decision-making across the function. The individual will play a key role in building a future-ready, tech-enabled HR ecosystem that enhances efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:-


• Lead HR digital transformation initiatives, integrating and optimizing multiple systems and portals across the HR function.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven and agentic technologies to automate routine HR
processes and enhance system intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal HR, IT, and business teams to design scalable digital solutions aligned
with organizational needs.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of new HR tools and technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.

• Build and maintain HR analytics dashboards and frameworks for data-driven insights and decision-making.

• Partner with HR stakeholders to assess process gaps and recommend digital interventions.
• Drive change management and user adoption of new digital tools across teams.
• Stay abreast of emerging HR tech, AI, and automation trends to proactively propose innovative
solutions.

Skills Required

Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of HR systems, technology architecture, and data management.
• Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox,
Workday, etc.) and integrations.
• Proven experience in leveraging AI and automation tools to simplify HR processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into tech-enabled HR solutions.
