Assignment Details

Our Client an Indian conglomerate, is looking to engage with a HR PMO Consultant (Transformation Initiative).

Short description of the project: 

  • Multigenerational workforce: 
  • Explore existing employee benefits & Provide recommendations tending to a multigenerational workforce (Gen Z to Gen X) 
  • Introduce and implement a Reverse mentoring system 
  • Introduce and Implement Opportunities centred on social causes /volunteering for Gen Z employees. 
  • Leaning Interventions: 
    • Design a self-paced sales team E-module with external vendor .
    • Leading “Unconscious Bias” trainings for entire FBD managerial workforce (Coverage 2900 employees) with an external vendor 
  • Enhancing employee Communication: (Aug- Nov)
    •  Analysing trends from a dipstick employee engagement survey & sharing recommendation for improving engagement
    • Curate shareable content in various categories such:

 

Duration of the project: 7 months 

Start date: 1st July 2025

End date: 30th  Jan 2026

Nature of Work/Location of the project: Onsite, Bengaluru 

Capacity required days/week: 5 days a week
 

Skills Required

Skills required: High bias for action; Strong stakeholder management skills; Designing & conducting learning programs; Event Management; Excellent at managing large data; Proficient Excel skills 

Minimum work experience required: Minimum 8 years relevant work experience

Industry: Industry Agnostic (FMCG/FMCD/Conglomerate preferred)
