Assignment Details

Our client, an enterprise services bootstrapped company is looking to engage with a Tech Recruiter who will work closely with the internal hiring team and be fully embedded into ongoing hiring cycles to help close multiple engineering positions. This role requires hands-on recruiters who can operate in a fast-paced environment, manage end-to-end hiring autonomously, and drive high-intensity recruitment sprints with strong screening and assessment capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities- 

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure.
  • Drive high-intensity hiring cycles, maintaining strong pipelines and meeting aggressive timelines.
  • Conduct deep technical screening to assess candidate fit, experience, and capability for engineering positions.
  • Work independently while collaborating closely with the internal team to align on requirements, updates, and hiring priorities.
  • Sourcing through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, communities) to attract top tech talent.
  • Maintain structured candidate communication and ensure a high-quality hiring experience.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health, challenges, and hiring progress.

Skills Required

  • Strong experience in tech hiring across engineering roles (software, backend, frontend, full-stack, DevOps, data, etc.).
  • Proven ability to run high-intensity and fast-paced hiring cycles with minimal supervision.
  • Deep technical screening capability to evaluate candidate skills and role fit.
  • Hands-on expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, communities, referrals, and Boolean search.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Experience using ATS tools, recruitment CRMs, and sourcing automation tools.
  • Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to identify high-quality engineering talent.
  • Ability to provide clear, structured candidate feedback and manage a high volume of profiles.
