Our client, a Sustainability and ESG services firm is looking to engage with a Talent Acquisition Consultant. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various positions within our organization, with a particular focus on candidates with expertise in sustainability and ESG domains.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
3. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
4. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
5. Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
6. Assist in the development and execution of employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within sustainability and ESG sectors.
8. Attend occasional in-office meetings as required.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the
sustainability or ESG sectors.
- Strong understanding of various domains, including sustainability practices and
ESG frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work
environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
.
