Our client, a philanthropic institution dedicated to nurturing and recognizing India's innovation landscape, is looking for an Event Management Consultant.
The consultant will be responsible for for end-to-end project management of the Innovation for an Awards program, providing a comprehensive project management experience. The role involves managing the outreach, evaluation, and execution phases of the awards, as well as overseeing two virtual/on-ground events and a large-scale flagship event.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Phase Management:
Lead outreach efforts to generate award applications across categories.
Handle all application-related queries as the front-end representative.
Manage coordination with the Knowledge Partner for application evaluation.
Provide weekly updates
Event Management:
Oversee the execution of two virtual and/or on-ground jury round events.
Manage the end-to-end logistics and execution of the large-scale flagship event:
Coordinate with event agencies for event logistics.
Manage guest invitations, database outreach, RSVP confirmations, and seating arrangements in collaboration with the RSVP Lead.
Reporting & Coordination:
Compile, analyze, and present updates on event phases to the Program Lead and Head of Foundation.
Skills Required
Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Prior experience managing large-format events is essential.
Consultants with 2-3 years of relevant event management experience, particularly in large-scale events.
