Our Client is a leading steel and mining company and is looking to engage with a Consultant- Operations Executive-
They are are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. The role will focus on supporting recruitment operations, ensuring smooth execution of TA processes, and driving efficiency through reporting and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support to TA operations, ensuring timely execution of recruitment activities.
Manage and maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports (MIS).
Prepare, analyze, and present data to support decision-making.
Handle documentation, compliance, and coordination related to hiring processes.
Collaborate with recruiters and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Utilize MS Excel and MS Office tools for data management, reporting, and presentations.
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations and MIS/reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
