Our Client is a leading steel and mining company and is looking to engage with a HRIS Consultant :
1- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
2- Configure, customize, and implement HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, etc.).
3- Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, performance, talent management, and employee self-service.
4- Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with policies.
5- Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) for enhancements and upgrades.
6- Act as a liaison between HR and IT for system integration and updates.
7- Develop HR dashboards, reports, and metrics using reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or native HR systems).
8- Manage system security roles, permissions, and ensure data privacy.
9- Provide user training, documentation, and create SOPs for HR systems and processes
1-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-Strong functional knowledge of HR processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, Talent Management).
3- Hands-on expertise with HR technologies (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, Zoho, etc.).
4- Experience in system configuration, data migration, testing, and implementation.
5- Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and dashboards.
6-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
