Our client, a leading real estate company is looking to engage with a Consultant for one of their business units. This role is focused on enhancing organizational structure, processes, and talent succession planning to drive overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
The role will focus on three primary areas:
1. Organization Design & Structure
-Review the current organizational structure and recommend changes to improve efficiency, clarity, and alignment with business goals.
-Advise on role definitions, reporting lines, and span of control to optimize effectiveness.
2. Organization Effectiveness & Performance Management
-Assess existing systems and processes for organizational effectiveness and performance management.
-Identify gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
-Support implementation of enhanced processes to improve workforce effectiveness.
3. Succession Planning
-Develop a robust succession plan for key roles in the business unit.
-Ensure alignment of talent pipelines with future leadership needs.
Duration- 3 months
Capacity- Part time (50% capacity)
Location- Mumbai (preferred) but Open for Candidates based out of other location who can travel to Mumbai on need basis
-15+ years in HR consulting, organization design, or talent advisory roles.
-Professionals from talent consulting or HR advisory arms of leading firms
- Must have demonstrable experience in: Organization design and structure, Organization effectiveness and performance management, Succession planning
-Preference for experience with promoter-led companies; not limited to MNCs.
-Strong advisory and influencing skills
-Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
-Practical orientation with hands-on implementation experience
