Our client, a leading multinational automotive manufacturing company, is looking for a Consultant with a strong foundation in talent intelligence, HR analytics and secondary research to deliver deep, data-driven insights into competitor organizations, talent trends, and workforce strategies. Leveraging tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights and LinkedIn Recruiter as well as secondary research, this role will go beyond traditional HR analytics and help shape strategic decisions around talent planning, market positioning, and organizational capability benchmarking.
This is expected to be an ongoing role, with the consultant updating this analysis based on the frequency agreed with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct in-depth competitor and market analysis focused on talent strategies, new capabilities and skills in focus, technologies target organisations are investing behind, organizational structures, workforce distribution, and hiring trends.
-Utilize LinkedIn Talent Insights, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms to gather and interpret data on headcount, attrition, hiring velocity, skill trends, and employer branding and other parameters
-Develop and present talent intelligence reports that inform HR and Business leadership teams and enable them to take decisions.
-Monitor shifts in competitor talent strategies including team expansions, leadership hires, skill requirements, and location-based trends.
-Collaborate with HR, Strategy, and Business Units to align findings with broader organizational goals.
