Assignment Details

Our Client a leading multimodal specialty Pharma CDMO firm and are looking to engage with a PMO- Learning & Development Lead who will design and deliver the company’s training programs and Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic
business goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities


Learning Strategy & Execution
Implement innovative, blended learning solutions (classroom, e-learning, experiential learning) to enhance employee performance and engagement.
Align all L&D programs with business goals, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Build and manage training dashboards, ensuring real-time visibility on progress and impact.
 

Training & Development Programs
Own and design best-in-class induction and onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Oversee learning initiatives across soft skills, technical competencies, and leadership development.
Manage external vendors and trainers to ensure high-quality delivery.
Partner with Heads of Departments (HODs) to assess training needs and close skill gaps.
Track and measure training effectiveness and ROI using data-driven learning analytics.
 

Talent & Organizational Development
Drive organization development (OD) initiatives including succession planning, talent reviews, and capability-building frameworks.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and groom high-potential employees.
Implement talent management frameworks to build future-ready leadership.
 

Skills Required

10+ years of proven experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.

Strong expertise in designing and delivering blended learning programs, including robust induction and onboarding frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders including vendors, trainers, and senior leadership.

Proficiency in using dashboards, analytics, and LMS platforms to measure impact.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning initiatives to organizational goals.

Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills.
