Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Health Insurance Company, is seeking an experienced Talent Management professional to support our Talent Center of Excellence (CoE). This role is focused on implementing an already well-designed talent management program, ensuring seamless execution across key HR initiatives. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and other associated talent-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage the organization’s talent management programs, ensuring alignment with the Talent CoE strategy.
Support workforce planning initiatives, including talent forecasting and gap analysis.
Drive onboarding processes to ensure smooth assimilation of new hires.
Manage performance management activities, including Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and performance reviews.
Support related HR initiatives and programs as needed to strengthen employee experience and engagement.
Ensure continuity and knowledge transfer during transitions.

Skills Required

Prior experience in Talent Management, HR, or related functions.
Exposure to BFSI, Insurance, or large corporate environments is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of talent management frameworks, performance management systems, and workforce planning.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results within deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on execution excellence.
