Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is seeking a HR Transformation & Organizational Change Consultant, who will be responsible for leading large-scale HR transformation initiatives that enable business strategy, enhance workforce effectiveness and modernize HR operating models. The role will drive enterprise-wide change across people, process, technology, and culture, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across geographies. The ideal candidate brings deep consulting experience, strong change leadership capability, and exposure to complex, global HR transformations.

 

HR Transformation & Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end HR transformation programs aligned to business and workforce strategy, including HR operating model redesign, service delivery transformation, and digital HR initiatives
  • Assess current-state HR capabilities and design future-state HR models covering talent, performance, rewards, learning, workforce planning, and employee experience
  • Translate business priorities into HR roadmaps with clear value cases, milestones, and success metrics
  • Support enterprise and functional transformations by embedding people and change considerations into overall business strategy

 

Organizational Change & Change Management

  • Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, communication plans, and change readiness frameworks
  • Lead culture change and behavioural transformation initiatives to support new ways of working
  • Enable leadership alignment and sponsorship through structured change interventions and executive coaching
  • Develop and track change adoption, engagement, and effectiveness metrics

 

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR leadership, and business executives on HR transformation and change topics
  • Facilitate executive workshops, leadership forums, and global change governance forums
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments across geographies and cultures

 

Consulting & Program Leadership

  • Leverage structured consulting methodologies to diagnose issues, design solutions, and deliver outcomes
  • Lead workstreams or full programs, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
  • Develop high-quality, board-ready presentations, transformation updates, and decision papers
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants or internal HR transformation team members

 

Global & Cross-Cultural Delivery

  • Deliver HR transformation initiatives across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global standards while accommodating local requirements
  • Partner with regional HR teams to ensure consistency, adoption, and sustainability of change
