We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to lead succession planning initiatives . You will design and implement comprehensive succession plans to identify, develop, and retain key talent. Additionally, you will drive the New Generation Talent Development initiative and enhance succession planning .
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute a strategic succession planning framework tailored to Secure Power's unique needs.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical roles, key competencies, and high-potential employees.
3. Design and implement talent development programs, mentorship initiatives, and career pathing strategies.
4. Establish clear succession metrics and reporting mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of programs.
5. Work with HR and business leaders to align succession plans with business objectives and growth strategies.
6. Conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning meetings to evaluate progress and adjust plans.
Requirements:
- Over 8+ years in Talent Management.
- Proven experience in program managing succession planning initiatives within a
corporate environment, preferably within the technology or energy sector.
- Experience in building success profiles, running assessment centers and creating Individual Development Plans would be a big plus.
- Strong understanding of talent management, leadership development, and organizational development principles.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable succession planning strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
