Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation, is seeking a Regional Project Manager – Talent Attraction PMO to drive the design, execution, and deployment of talent attraction and acquisition-related initiatives across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. This role will focus on managing strategic projects that enhance employer branding, streamline hiring processes, and elevate the candidate experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced project/program manager with a strong understanding and exposure of talent attraction, employer branding, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
Lead the end-to-end execution of talent attraction and acquisition projects, from
ideation to deployment.
Develop project plans, set key milestones, and measure the impact of initiatives.
Ensure alignment with regional and global TA strategies.
Assist in planning and developing project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful implementation.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key metrics.
Communicate project updates and deliverables to stakeholders.
Maintain project documentation and support project evaluation and improvement.
Talent Attraction & Employer Branding
Collaborate with employer branding, marketing, and communications teams to drive
talent attraction strategies.
Metrics and Analytics
Collect and analyze TA/EB data to identify trends and provide insights for TA/EB
initiatives.
Prepare and present reports and visualizations to communicate findings to relevant
stakeholders.
Support TA/EB projects by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Conduct research and benchmarking studies to stay updated on best practices.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and quality checks.
Process Optimization & Deployment
Identify and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and TA
process effectiveness.
Work closely with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to deploy new tools,
systems, and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
Act as the central point of contact for TA-related projects in MEA, ensuring strong
collaboration across multiple teams.
Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.
General
Regularly communicate project updates, risks, and impact to key stakeholders.
LinkedIn and CRM Analytics, People Analytics and Market Intelligence
Monitor TA people analytics (diversity, early careers, FLM, etc.) regularly and develop
initiatives to increase the effectiveness of TA.
Monitor LinkedIn (LI) usage data monthly in collaboration with the LI team and
promote top users. Highlight areas of improvement to the TA leadership team.
Analyze LI user list monthly and revoke seats from exits and reassign to new joiners.
Answer basic queries related to LI Recruiter and Talent Insights usage in MEA.
Organize quarterly reviews with a focus on LI usage and trainings/webinars related to
LinkedIn.
Serve as SPOC for LinkedIn-related queries across the MEA zone.
Become SME for FAQs and user adoption of ICIMS CRM in MEA.
Work on select Market Intel projects with the Central team as a researcher – strong
Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with any data analytics platform like Tableau, Power BI will be an added
advantage.
Project Timeline: June – December 2025
Engagement Level: 2.5 to 3 days per week

Experience & Background
- 4+ years of experience in project/program management, talent attraction, employer
branding, or HR strategy.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding strategies, and
HR technologies.
- Experience managing complex projects across multiple countries or regions, ideally in
MEA.
- Proven track record of working in a matrixed, multinational organization.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze TA performance metrics and derive
insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and HRS/ATS
systems.
- Project management certification is a plus.
