Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is looking to engage with a HR Regional Deployment Lead – Asia & METSA Project . 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

-Regional Coordination & Oversight: Act as the main point of contact between the central deployment
team and country-level teams. Ensure alignment of regional activities with global deployment
timelines and standards. Monitor progress across countries and escalate risks or delays.
-Country Engagement & Readiness: Support country teams in understanding deployment scope,
timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate country readiness assessments and track mitigation plans. Ensure
local business and HR teams are engaged and prepared for change.
-Localisation & Compliance: Coordinate with country teams to identify local requirements (e.g., legal,
regulatory, language). Ensure these requirements are captured and addressed in the Workday
configuration and processes.
-Cutover & Go-Live Support: Support country-level cutover planning and execution. Ensure regional
resources are aligned for go-live activities. Provide hyper care support post go-live and coordinate
issue resolution.
-Training & Change Management: Collaborate with the central training and change leads to ensure
regional training plans are executed. Help tailor communications and change activities to regional
needs.
-Testing Coordination: Ensure country participation in testing cycles (e.g., UAT). Coordinate feedback
and defect resolution with the central testing team.
-Data & Integration Readiness: Support country teams in validating data and data cleansing for
migration. Ensure regional integrations are tested and validated.

- Prior experience working in FMCG set up is a must have
