Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Global Business Conglomerate, is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter with a specialised background in Pharmaceutical hiring. The incumbent will play a crucial role within the Talent Acquisition team, being responsible for mid to senior-level hiring, managing 10-12 requisitions concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.

Pharmaceutical Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector to identify and engage with highly qualified candidates for roles ranging from mid to senior levels.

Requisition Management: Efficiently handle 10-12 requisitions simultaneously, ensuring a streamlined and timely recruitment process for each position.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver effective recruitment solutions.

Candidate Experience: Prioritize delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, enhancing our employer brand.

Talent Pipelining: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a readily available pool of qualified candidates for upcoming roles.

Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and analytics to track and measure recruitment performance, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve processes.

Note: This is an extendable project-based role that requires Full-time On-site (Hybrid) support in Mumbai for an initial duration of 3 months.

Skills Required

1. A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on pharmaceutical hiring.
2. In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical sector, including market trends, key players, and regulatory requirements.
3. Demonstrated ability to handle 10-12 requisitions concurrently, managing competing priorities effectively.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at various levels.
5. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a team-oriented environment.
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.
