Assignment Details

Our client, a leading food and agri conglomerate, is  looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives and support business leaders in achieving organizational goals. The role requires strong stakeholder management, business acumen, and hands-on HR operations experience.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Drive talent management initiatives including workforce planning and succession planning
  • Manage performance management cycles and support leadership in goal setting & appraisals
  • Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
  • Support talent acquisition and onboarding for business-critical roles
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Drive learning & development initiatives aligned to business needs
  • Support compensation review and rewards processes

Skills Required

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes 
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • Sound knowledge of HR fundamentals and labor laws
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret HR analytics
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • High ownership and problem-solving ability
  • Experience in FMCG environment preferred
