Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is seeking to engage with a Consultant - HRBP Specialist. The role will support the GBS HRBP team to deliver strategic HR programs, ensure operational excellence, and drive data-led decision making. This role combines program governance, and HR operations management.

 

Responsibilities:

-End-to-End Program Management: Oversee the entire fellowship program, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
-Liaison with Educational Institutes: Coordinate with partner institutes for student selection, manage MOUs, and handle document collection.
-Internal Coordination: Work closely with company teams to complete necessary documentation and ensure compliance.
-Mentorship Program Management: Manage the mentorship program for selected fellows with support from the R&D leadership team.
-Engagement Initiatives: Develop and execute various engagement activities for the cohort. 
-Pillar Activities: Drive activities related to school engagement, graduate student meets, and interactions with women professors.
-Project Planning and Budget Management: Design project plans for upcoming years and manage budgets effectively.
-Financial Management: Handle purchase orders, invoice management, and verification through the audit process with the finance team.
-Internal Communications: Manage end-to-end communications within the organization to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
-Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategies and campaigns to promote the fellowship program and its achievements.
