Our client is India's largest Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company looking to engage with a Beauty Content & Training Excellence responsible for to lead the design and delivery of high-impact training programs for Beauty Advisors across retail stores. The role will focus on building structured learning journeys, developing engaging training content, and ensuring excellence in trainer capability and field training quality. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Marketing, VM, and L&D teams to translate brand launches and campaigns into effective learning modules that drive product knowledge, customer consultation skills, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Design and develop structured training content for Beauty Advisors covering makeup techniques, skincare routines, product knowledge, and consultation skills.
2-Translate brand launches, campaigns, and product updates into frontline-ready training modules in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and VM teams.
3-Create engaging digital learning content for LMS and mobile learning platforms to support scalable training delivery.
4-Develop and implement Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to strengthen trainer capability and ensure consistent training quality.
5-Establish trainer certification frameworks and onboarding programs for new trainers.
6-Conduct trainer audits to assess training delivery, product knowledge accuracy, and engagement levels.
7-Evaluate and monitor On-the-Job Training (OJT) effectiveness across retail stores.
8-Design structured assessment scorecards to evaluate Beauty Advisors on grooming standards, product knowledge, consultation skills, and makeup techniques.
9-Drive digital learning engagement through gamified campaigns, leaderboards, and incentive-driven learning initiatives.
10-Track learning adoption metrics and analyze training data to continuously improve learning programs.
11-Provide structured feedback reports and improvement plans to trainers and retail leadership.
12-Support category and product teams in digitizing training content for new product launches.
13 Ensure training consistency and capability development across stores and regions.
1- Experience in Beauty Training, Retail L&D, or Capability Development.
2-Strong knowledge of makeup artistry, skincare routines, and beauty product education.
3-Experience designing structured learning modules (classroom and digital).
4-Hands-on experience with Train-the-Trainer frameworks and trainer certification programs.
5-Exposure to LMS / M-learning platforms and digital learning tools.
6-Strong auditing, assessment, and training performance evaluation skills.
