Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is seeking to engage with a Consultant Human Resources – Learning & Capability Development with business, HRBPs, and capability teams to design, develop, and deliver high‑impact learning experiences . The role focuses on instructional design, digital learning solutions, content creation, and learning analytics, ensuring employees in India receive modern, engaging, and business‑relevant learning experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities


1. Learning Needs Assessment & Solution Design

  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify capability gaps for India clusters.
  • Conduct needs analyses (interviews, surveys, skills assessments, performance data).
  • Translate capability needs into structured learning strategies—curricula, learning journeys, and blended solutions.
  • Align learning outcomes for leadership competencies, functional academies, and business priorities.


2. Digital Learning Ecosystem Ownership

  • Manage learning content on UPro / Degreed / EdCast 
  • Partner with global learning teams to integrate India-specific content into global systems.
  • Ensure learning design aligns with digital-first learning philosophy.


4. Facilitation & Learning Experience Delivery

  • Support facilitation of workshops (virtual or in-person) when needed.
  • Create facilitator guides, learner workbooks, case studies, and exercises.
  • Partner with external vendors, trainers, and agencies to ensure high-quality delivery.


5. Measurement, Evaluation & Learning Analytics

  • Define KPIs for learning programs—engagement, completion rates, skill uplift, performance impact.
  • Analyse learning effectiveness and link outcomes to business KPIs.
  • Create dashboards and insights for HR leaders and stakeholders.
  • Continuously iterate design based on feedback and performance data.


6. Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, HRBPs, SMEs, and global learning communities.
  • Manage end‑to‑end learning projects including timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and delivery quality.
  • Present learning concepts, designs, and impact reports to senior leadership.
  • Support the India Capability Building Roadmap and Global Learning Vision.

Skills Required

Skill required-

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Education Technology, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in L&D, learning design, capability building, or digital learning roles (FMCG preferred).
  • Experience working with global teams or multinational organisations is an advantage.
  • Learning Analytics & Data Interpretation (measuring impact, dashboarding, insights)
  • Stakeholder Management & Consulting Skills (working with HRBPs, business leaders, SMEs)
