Assignment Details

Our client is India's largest Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company looking to engage with HR Strategy Consultant.

 

Key Responsibilities:

-Partner closely with senior management to support and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
-Analyze workforce trends, market intelligence, and competitive insights to inform decision-making and HR strategy.
-Engage with external CHROs and industry leaders to gather best practices and benchmark HR programs.
-Develop and present data-driven insights, reports, and dashboards to HR leadership and key stakeholders.
-Support the design and implementation of strategic people initiatives, including talent planning, organizational development, and workforce optimization.
-Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of HR programs.
-Monitor industry trends and emerging HR practices to continuously enhance organizational effectiveness.
-Influence decision-making through strong analytics, storytelling, and strategic recommendations.

Skills Required

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with senior leadership.
-High level of professionalism with a polished, dynamic, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
-Ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, and strategic HR projects is highly preferred.
-Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
-Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
