Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG company, is looking for HR Generalist. It would be a hands-on role supporting end-to-end HR operations for a central sales team, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance, and people processes along with offering full-cycle HR exposure in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory norms, maintain audit-ready records (PF/ESIC/CLRA where applicable), and coordinate compliance documentation with central teams.
  • Employee Engagement & Support: Drive engagement initiatives, townhalls, and R&R activities, handle grievances and escalations, support medical assistance for field teams, and lead branch engagement initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle: Manage employee records, attendance, HRMIS updates, confirmations, transfers, exits, documentation, announcements, HR letters, ID cards, and query resolution.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate frontline hiring, collaborate with regional partners on sourcing and interviews, and manage joining formalities, documentation, and inductions.
  • Attendance & Payroll Coordination: Track attendance, leave, and field movement data while coordinating monthly inputs to ensure payroll accuracy.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of HR operations and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HR systems, and report generation.
  • Problem-solving ability with an employee service mindset.
  • Ability to handle field HR demands with speed and accuracy
