Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive.

 


1. End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from initial briefing to offer management and onboarding. Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and social media channels.

 


2. Strategic Sourcing & Pipelining:

Proactively build and maintain a healthy pipeline of passive and active candidates for critical and recurring roles. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social media, and networking events. Champion diversity and inclusion by implementing sourcing strategies that attract a broad and diverse candidate pool.

 


3. Hiring Manager Partnership & Market Intelligence:

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on the talent market, role requirements, interview techniques, and selection decisions.

 


4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

Be a passionate ambassador for the employer brand at every touchpoint. Support campus recruitment initiatives and other employer branding events as required.

 

 


5. Data & System Management:

Ensure 100% data integrity by maintaining accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Workday. Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire) and report on hiring progress.

Skills Required

  1. Experience: 2-9 years of experience in a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role, either in a corporate (in-house) or agency environment.
  2. Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing methods.
  3. Interviewing Skills: Strong competency-based interviewing and assessment skills.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing hiring managers.
  5. Tech Savvy: Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
