Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG company, is looking for HR Generalist (Statutory Compliance).We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong exposure to statutory compliance and employee lifecycle management. The role will focus on handling end-to-end HR operations, compliance (PF, EPS), and retiree case management for white-collar employees. This position will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory adherence, smooth HR processes, and high employee satisfaction.
 

Key Responsibilities:
1-Manage end-to-end HR generalist activities including onboarding, employee documentation, exits, and record management.

2-Handle statutory compliance related to PF, EPS, gratuity, and other labour laws applicable to white-collar employees.

3-Manage retiree and superannuation cases, including settlement, documentation, and coordination with external authorities.

4-Liaise with payroll teams and external vendors to ensure accurate statutory deductions and filings.

5-Support employee queries related to benefits, compliance, and HR policies.

6-Maintain HR MIS, employee data, and compliance trackers.

7-Assist in audits, inspections, and preparation of compliance reports.

8-Coordinate with legal/compliance teams on regulatory updates and implementation.

10-Drive process improvements in HR operations and compliance workflows..

Skills Required

1-Strong working knowledge of PF, EPS, gratuity, and statutory compliance frameworks.

2-Experience in handling retiree / pension / superannuation cases.

3-Good understanding of Indian labour laws applicable to white-collar workforce.

4-Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll systems, and Excel-based MIS.

5-Strong stakeholder management and employee communication skills.

6-High attention to detail, documentation, and compliance accuracy.
