Assignment Details

Our client is a leading FMCG firm and are looking to engage with a HR Project Manager .

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Project Management Support
    • Support planning, tracking, and coordination of key transformation projects.
    • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, manage dependencies, and flag risks proactively.
  • Contingent Workforce Program
    • Assist in the rollout or scaling of processes and governance around contingent labor.
    • Liaise with HRBPs, procurement, legal, and vendor management teams.
  • Change Management & Communication
    • Deliver communication strategies for various PEX initiatives.
    • Create impactful slide decks and storytelling material for senior HR stakeholders.
    • Facilitate change interventions or engagement sessions as needed.
  • PEX Operating Model & Process Improvement
    • Contribute to documentation and improvement of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
    • Engage with global and regional stakeholders to align practices and drive simplification.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Partner with cross-functional teams including Reward, Talent, HR Services, and Tech teams.
    • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and gather feedback for iteration.
  • Ad-hoc and Sundry Projects
    • Take ownership of miscellaneous activities that may emerge from time to time in the HR transformation space.

Skills Required

  • Educational Background
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional Experience
    • 3-7 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2–3 years in HR project management, transformation, or change management roles.
    • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations is preferred.
  • Core Competencies
    • Strong grasp of HR fundamentals and employee lifecycle processes.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to build clear, crisp, and compelling PowerPoint presentations for leadership audiences.
    • Agile, responsive, and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus Skills
    • Exposure to HR Tech, People Analytics, or Shared Services setups.
    • Familiarity with contingent workforce models or vendor partnerships.
