Our client, an E-learning platform for tech upskilling and career acceleration, is looking for a Enterprise Resourcing Specialist :
Key Responsibilities:
1-Identify, source, and onboard qualified trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts
across domains (technology, business, leadership, and functional skills).
2-Build and nurture a strong network of independent trainers, consulting firms, and
institutional partners across the UAE and GCC.
3-Collaborate closely with program and delivery teams to understand client requirements
and match them with the right trainer profiles.
4-Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, associations, and professional communities to
continuously expand the trainer base.
5-Negotiate commercial terms to ensure cost-effective trainer acquisition while
maintaining quality benchmarks.
6- Manage trainer contracting, onboarding documentation, and scheduling coordination.
7- Maintain and update the internal trainer database, including profiles, rates, feedback,
and availability.
8-Ensure quick turnaround and readiness of trainers for ongoing and upcoming client
engagements.
9- Track trainer performance feedback and maintain long-term relationships for repeat
engagements.
Note: : 6 months (open to extension / full time opportunities)
Location- Abu Dhabi
1-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
2- 4–8 years of experience in trainer resourcing, faculty onboarding, vendor management,
or talent acquisition—preferably in corporate training or higher education.
3- Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC learning and development ecosystem.
4- Proven ability to identify, engage, and negotiate with trainers or facilitators across
diverse skill domains.
5- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
6-Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
7-Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
