Assignment Details

Our client, an E-learning platform for tech upskilling and career acceleration, is looking for a detail-oriented, problem solver Consultant - Training Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will ensure seamless operations and create exceptional experiences for learners. You’ll play a critical role in executing their corporate training programs. Once a training is scheduled, it’ll be your responsibility to ensure everything runs smoothly—from managing trainee attendance and platform access to resolving any real-time issues. You will be the go-to person for trainees and instructors, ensuring a flawless training experience.

 

This role will be on-site in Riyadh and will involve regular client / learner interactions.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Trainee Management: Ensure all registered trainees receive pre-training communication, show up on time, and remain engaged throughout the program.
  • LMS & Platform Access: Provide trainees with access to our Learning Management System (LMS) and other necessary tools before training begins. 
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for any logistical or technical issues during training, troubleshooting problems to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Training Execution Support: Work closely with instructors, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of both online and offline training sessions.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Gather trainee feedback, monitor attendance and engagement, and provide reports to improve future training experiences.

Skills Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Preferred Experience: 3+ years in training coordination, program management, or operations, ideally in corporate training or EdTech. Fresh college graduates can however also apply. 
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic is preferred, along with strong English communication skills 
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple training sessions, and ensure smooth execution. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
