Key Responsibilities-
1. Collaborate with HR leadership to design and execute talent management programs aligned with organizational goals.
2. Conduct talent reviews and assessments to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.
3. Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
4. Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
5. Analyze employee engagement data and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
6. Lead organizational development projects aimed at enhancing team effectiveness, communication, and collaboration.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management and organization development.
-Proven experience in talent management, organization development, or a related HR function.
-Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes, performance management, and employee development strategies.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
