Assignment Details

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role will handle employee onboarding, HR operations, HRIS (PeopleStrong), employee engagement initiatives, payroll coordination, and audit documentation support (ISO/ISMS). 


Key Responsibilities-
1.EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING

• Handling End to End Onboarding Process 

• BGV

• Generating Appointment letters and Maintaining Statutory Forms. 

• Employee Induction Program. 

2.HR OPERATIONS 

• To assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources Policies. 

• Maintain personnel dossiers and records. 

3.EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT 

• Conducting employee engagement activities & managing Rewards & Recognition. 4.MANAGING PEOPLE STRONG APPLICATION AS A PART OF HRIS 

• Managing Employee Life Cycle 

• To plan & implement Training & Development activities. 

• Undertaking HRIS tasks pertaining to database management. 

• Letter generation and documentations involved during an employee life cycle 5.INTERNAL/EXTERNAL AUDIT 

• To prepare & maintain the necessary docs required from ISO/ISMS standpoint. 

6.PAYROLL MANAGEMENT 

• Input Collation, uploading monthly input file in Payroll Vendor Portal, Draft register validation, preparing bank advice and processing salaries for employees. 

• Co-ordinating exit clearances and processing Full and Final Settlement payments.

Skills Required

Required Experience & Skills-

 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR Operations & Employee Onboarding (end-to-end joining, induction, documentation)
  • HRIS Management (PeopleStrong preferred) – employee lifecycle updates & letter generation
  • Payroll Coordination – monthly input collation, vendor portal upload, draft validation & salary processing support
  • Compliance & Statutory Documentation – maintaining employee records, statutory forms, HR files
  • Audit Documentation Support – ISO/ISMS related HR documentation preparation and maintenance
  • Employee Engagement & R&R – planning and executing engagement activities and rewards programs
  • Strong Coordination & Communication Skills – stakeholder management, multitasking, attention to detail & confidentiality
