Assignment Details

- Leverage different sources to attract talent to optimize recruitment cost and improve employer branding
- Ensure continuous process improvement /enhancement to improve TAT , quality feedback , advise on upcoming talent problems and opportunities.
- Contribute to HR dashboard on recruitment and related areas using excel or any other tools, maintain data and reports
- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and on-boarding process
- Work closely with HR Managers and other stakeholders independently and demonstrate skills that will have a positive effect on their business
- Create strong network with industry profiles to create a continuous talent pipeline of quality profiles

Skills Required

1. Excellent networking & interpersonal skills
2. Good communication skills & ability to negotiate effectively
3. Strong execution capabilities & result orientation
4. Should be able to work independently with stakeholders
5. Experience of working in the FMCG industry will be a definite plus
6. Well versed with HRIS and other digital tools
