Job Requirements
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
· Defense Strategies: Lead the development and execution of defense files and strategies.
· Impact Analysis & Risk Assessments: Prepare comprehensive impact analysis and risk assessments.
· Registration & Governance Processes: Oversee governance processes, including product registration governance.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
· Business Partnering: Ensure effective business partnering to support regulatory objectives.
· Regulatory Training: Provide regulatory training to internal stakeholders.
· Documentation Management: Maintain regulatory files and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree/ master’s degree in science or related disciplines
2-5 years of experience in handling Foods & Home Care regulations in at least one specified market.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English & Spanish are a must.
Being multilingual is highly desirable & ability to work with people across cultures
Multi-tasking ability & ability to work independently with Cross-functional team members
Excellent stakeholder management.
