Our client, an American Foundation is looking for a Consultant for the Global AI Summit.
Scope of Work-
Support for the Global AI Summit: • Contribute to the development of the summit's agenda, session structure, and key themes. • Support the identification, outreach, and coordination of high-level speakers and panelists. • Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and background notes for internal stakeholders. • Assist with post-summit activities, including the drafting of a summit report and summary of key outcomes. • Support the development and execution of a communications plan.
Global South Cooperation: • Actively research and identify opportunities for fostering greater collaboration on AI between countries in the Global South. • Support the foundation’s efforts to amplify voices and perspectives from the Global South within the summit’s agenda and discussions. • Assist in building and maintaining a network of AI experts, policymakers, and practitioners from the Global South.
Strategic Planning & Event Management
Experience in planning and supporting high-level international conferences or summits.
Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
Proven ability to identify, engage, and coordinate with high-level speakers, panelists, and partners.
Research & Policy Analysis
Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information related to AI, international cooperation, and policy landscapes.
