Our client, a leading American Private Foundation, is looking to engage with a Program management Specialist.
The individual in this role will directly drive the programmatic
outcomes, manage stakeholder relationships, conduct policy analysis, and offer strategic
insights so that collaborative partnerships stay aligned with the State and national priorities.
This position is central to ensure seamless communication, timely updates, and robust
progress as well as tracking of ongoing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, Analysis and Strategic Inputs:
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of schemes and programs in
women’s livelihoods space at both national and State level.
Offer actionable insights and strategic recommendations to ensure that
JEEViKA strategies are aligned with broader national and state-development
priorities, including the latest govt. initiatives and global best practices.
Prepare issue briefs, and reports to support JEEViKA State leadership to
ensure optimum program outcomes.
Monitor evolving livelihoods landscape and provide proactive
recommendations for program improvements
Gather information about the best practices in other States and provide
recommendations about replication of those best practices in the State of
Bihar.
Partnership Management:
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including
government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), corporate
partners, and academic institutions.
Strengthen and expand opportunities in various initiatives of JEEViKA
Facilitate the establishment and management of strategic partnerships that
foster innovation, resource mobilization and improve delivery mechanisms
Represent JEEViKA at strategic meetings, workshops and forums, ensuring
alignment of partner goals with JEEViKA objectives
Serve as a focal point for managing and co-ordinating amongst partners so as
to ensure smooth communications and alignment of expectations
Program Analytics:
Utilize data analytics tool to evaluate and assess the performance, impacts
and outcomes of ongoing programs under JEEViKA
Identify key trends, gaps, and areas of improvements in program
implementation based on data insights
Provide recommendations for optimising program, effectiveness, efficiency
and scalability using evidence-based strategies
Program Review and Monitoring:
Support the JEEViKA leadership in reviewing the implementation of various
programs supported by foundation partners
Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks to
assess program progress and its effectiveness.
Support in organizing and documenting periodic review meetings, field visits
and key stakeholders engagements, documentation of outcomes etc.
Administrative and Co-ordination Support:
Provide support to JEEViKA State leadership in co-ordinating meeting,
workshops and consultations related to program management
Prepare action plans for follow-up mechanisms after strategic deliberations
with different stakeholders
Act as a key point of communication between JEEViKA State leadership and
various foundation partners ensuring that all parties are well informed and
aligned with partnership objectives
Master’s degree in public policy, Development Studies, Management, or related
fields.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in policy analytics, program
management, or consultancy roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data
visualization tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
