Governance Consulting Firm
Our client, a governance consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Senior Program Lead.
This is a leadership role and the person will be responsible for:
1) Providing macro clarity on ‘what’ is to be done & ensuring progress against the same
2) Pushing the thinking of the team on ‘depth’ and ‘aspects' to consider
3) Ensuring high quality of outputs, meetings, forums, etc. on an ongoing basis
4) Investing in team members to build future leaders in a focused manner
5) Thought leadership with Government leaders and funding partners
This project requires onsite support in a Part-Time capacity for the duration of 2 years.
1) Prior experience in a top-tier management consulting firm - could be an Engagement Manager or could also be Associate Partner in their existing firm
2) Strong problem-solving with an on-ground implementation lens
3) Ability to inspire and do quality professional development of team members
4) Ability to form strong professional relationships with senior stakeholders
5) Strong communication skills - oral (in public as well as 1:1) and written
