Assignment Details

Our client, a global research and advisory firm is looking to engage with a Project Lead consultant who can manage day to day activities & stakeholders management.

Responsibilities :
- Effectively communicate & collaborate with senior leaders and team
Champion mindset to uncover new ideas/ innovations.
- Coach team to problem solve/figure next steps, drive continuous process and
business evolution for higher impact
- Storyboarding and PowerPoint - summarize key message and leverage charts in
think-cell
- Motivate team to uncover blockers and break down problem into actionable pieces
- Help in drafting communications based on audience characteristics (e.g. seniority,
business unit nuances, complications, etc..)
- Address concerns in a conciliatory tone, manage escalations effectively and
communicate with leadership.

Skills Required

Experience of leading 5+ membered teams
Excellent qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience of data manipulation and analysis using Excel
