Assignment Details

Our client, a global research and advisory firm is looking to engage with a Senior Associate who can manage day to day activities & stakeholders management.

Responsibilities :

i. Distribution of incoming work requests amongst associates
ii. Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for discrepancies by following a SOP
iii. Quality control of work being submitted | Liaising with internal team & providing regular updates as requested
iv. Responding to information requests from authorized members
v. Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
vi. Tracking key metrices for individual & team performance
vii. Backup and support the process on need basis- data entry using tools like Google Sheets, MS Excel workbooks and other internal client portals and tools, entering data into the portal / tool and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted

Skills Required

i. Good verbal articulation and email writing skills
ii. Computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
iii. Accuracy & Attention to detail
iv. Ability to work under time constraints
