Assignment Details

Our client, a British multinational medical equipment manufacturing company, is planning to expand their business in Vietnam. They are looking to engage with a Consultant who can help them in the Go-To-Market Strategy to help them grow in the Vietnam Healthcare Sector.

Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of developing the Company's healthcare vertical market strategy in Vietnam, integrating applicable medical equipment, and services at an aggregate level.
2. Supporting healthcare clients that are considered strategic to the organization.
3. Collaborating with leadership across internal departments as well as externally with suppliers, distributors, and partners to ensure growth and market share gain.
4. Maximizing sales revenue and gross profit, with the mission to become the leading National Solutions Provider.
5. Identifying a long list of potential partners towards building this business and priorities on partner choice to build the promising business models based on potential impact and feasibility.

Skills Required

1. In-depth understanding of the Vietnam Healthcare market space.
2. Advanced knowledge of business development with the ability to create new lines of business preferred.
3. Extensive experience developing enablement strategy and toolset to interface with healthcare customers across the continuum of care, up to and including the CXO and line of business leadership preferred.
4. Be able to identify, develop and launch a strategy with vendor/partners and internal sales to help drive healthcare business.
