A British multinational medical equipment manufacturing company
Our client, a British multinational medical equipment manufacturing company, is looking to engage with an HR Consultant who can recommend a Managing Director Competency Framework along with other HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing the Managing Director Competency Framework.
2. Building case studies from external best practices in the Healthcare industry & others as well.
3. Analytics on internal HR (workday, performance, Interviews), etc
4. Recruits, interviews, and hires new staff in the department.
5. Overseeing the daily workflow of the department.
6. Providing constructive and timely performance evaluations.
This project would require full-time capacity for the duration of 2 months.
1. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
2. People-oriented and results-driven.
3. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
