Our client is a leading Healthcare equipment firm looking to engage with consultants for Covid 19 case management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Case Management: Person would be managing covid-19 cases for both our employees and our Vendor staff. Person would be handling the suspect, positive cases & will be doing the contact tracing using established company process and guidelines. This entails virtually meeting with the affected employees and interviewing them based on a set questionnaire and consulting with Medical Affairs and EHS colleague. Advising employees on next steps and coordinating with vendors for testing/hospitals/any other support as needed. Flagging any high risk cases to local crisis team on any lapses in safety protocols or cases where employees may be serious requiring some form of immediate support.
Reporting:
Person should able to report the case summary in brief and in precise manner to all the relevant stakeholder
Regular case reporting in ServiceNow
Team Work:
Person would be required to partner with other stakeholders like
Medical Affair: For consultation to ensure our employees were supported and managed in a accordance to the MDT global guidelines
Business Leader: For keeping them informed on the recent updates
Communication & Employee Health & Security Team: In spreading awareness and management of the pandemic
Communication skills: Person should have good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Person should able to handle the conversation in a humane and empathetic manner. Not offering any personal advice
Person should able to capture the minute details – an eye for detail
Good Judgment and Analytical skills: Person should able to understand the criticality of the situation and accordingly escalate to the concerned teams
MIS Skills: Person should be doing the Root Cause Analysis on bi-weekly basis with the leaders to understand the lapse and to discuss the mitigation steps
