Our client, a leading manufacturer of sanitary ware, faucets and wellness products is looking for a Project Manager (Infrastructure) to lead the end-to-end setup of a new office. The role requires strong project execution capabilities, cross-functional coordination, and strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Plan, manage, and execute the complete office setup lifecycle from inception to handover
2-Coordinate with internal stakeholders including HR, IT, Admin, Finance, and Legal teams
3-Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors (design, construction, procurement, etc.)
4-Develop and monitor detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
5-Track budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal resource utilization
6-Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure smooth project execution
7-Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
8-Oversee infrastructure readiness including workspace design, IT setup, and facilities
9-Provide regular progress updates and reports to leadership
10-Ensure timely completion and seamless handover of the office with complete documentation
1-Proven experience in office setup, infrastructure projects, or project management roles
2-Strong understanding of compliance, statutory requirements, and vendor management
3-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
4-Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
5-High level of ownership, problem-solving, and execution focus
