Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is looking to engage with a PMO Consultant for a duration of 12 to 18 months.

Key Deliverables:

•Experience in managing at least 4 large-scale projects at an intense pace (<1 Year) which could be under M&A (>50 Mill USD value) or capex (>20 Mill USD Value) successfully delivering project objectives in “India”.
•Run PMO and support Supply Chain leadership on multiple projects related to restructuring, redeployment of resources, channelling, and process optimisation.
•Being able to independently (as a single contributor) manage a very fast-paced setup with ambiguity, influencing and driving decisions with key stakeholders.
•Good understanding of Indian tax laws (GST, import/export) to be able to assist in the implementation of business models approved by tax teams.
•Adept in ERP systems (SAP/Others) for systems integrations/implementation while being able to understand core blueprints of new models and advise in case of vanilla technology implementations.
•Basic understanding of trade marketing/schemes and GTM channels in India to be able to work with CD teams.
•Good understanding of inventory management techniques and working with distributors/wholesalers etc in India to be able to plan and provide timely information to business teams.

- Duration: 12 to 18 months (can be extended)
- Capacity: Full Time (preferred) or Part-time can also be done
- Location: Mumbai
- Nature of Work: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

Skills Required

- Anyone who has managed PMO for high-value projects. Could be a strategy consultant from the Big 4 or even someone who has done this in a large organisation;
- 8 to 10 years of experience in PMO;
- Preferably with multi-industry, multi-country experience as a consultant or previous experience. Consumer industry experience a plus;
- Good-to-Have Experience: FMCG, Taxation, ERP, GTM, Inventory Management, PMP certification
