Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is looking to engage with an Administrative Assistant for a 12-month full-time assignment.

Key Responsibilities
1-Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments

2-Coordinate travel, bookings, and reimbursements

3-Act as point of contact for internal & external stakeholders

4-Screen, prioritize, and manage communications

5-Assist in presentations, reports, and Excel trackers

6-Raise POs and handle basic administrative tasks

7-Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics

8-Manage visitors, meeting rooms, and office supplies

 

Skills Required

1-Strong communication and coordination skills

2-Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

3-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

4-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

5-High attention to detail and confidentiality
