Our client, a leading global FMCG company, is looking for Assistant Manager
1-Scheduling and managing calendars for Board and Committee meetings under guidance, including but not limited to blocking conference rooms, arranging IT, food, and refreshments.
2-Making travel and accommodation arrangements for Board of Directors / Special invitees as and when directed.
3-Managing travel and meeting schedules for team members as may be directed from time to time.
4-Assisting with any administrative and event-related activities such as the Annual General Meeting or external meetings.
5-Supporting the onboarding of team members, including but not limited to IT and administrative support.
6-Managing end-to-end expenses such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor creation, invoicing and payments, following up with concerned parties, and maintaining trackers for budgets and payments.
7-Vendor Management – Coordinating with vendors for onboarding, unblocking, query resolution, and invoice payments.
8-Managing stakeholder calendars and arranging team travel and reimbursements.
9-Supporting with presentations, budget management and tracking, as well as Excel-related calculations and tracking.
10-Maintaining trackers for Digital signatures.
