Our client, a global professional-services firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant- Leadership Assessment to support leadership evaluation initiatives. This is a short-term, high-impact consulting engagement focused on assessing senior-level talent for critical leadership roles.
The consultant will play a pivotal role in evaluating leadership capability, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and overall executive readiness, providing objective insights to support informed hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities-
Conduct in-depth behavioral, leadership, and competency-based assessments for senior-level and CXO candidates.
Evaluate executive presence, cultural alignment, decision-making style, and fit with the strategic objectives of the internal unit.
Participate in structured interview panels alongside the client’s leadership and HR stakeholders.
Deliver clear, objective, and well-documented feedback and recommendations to inform final selection decisions.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical assessment standards throughout the engagement.
Travel Requirement
Willingness and availability to travel to Delhi and Hyderabad between 16–21 February.
Minimum 25 years of professional experience
Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, coaching, or formally assessing senior executives is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to assess leadership effectiveness, strategic orientation, and organizational fit.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal evaluation skills.
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in high-stakes assessment environments.
