Assignment Details

Our client, a global professional-services firm is looking for a Senior Consultant- Behavioral Assessment. They are establishing an internal Strategic Management Unit. As part of this initiative, they are seeking seasoned CXO-level leaders to support behavioral assessments for shortlisted candidates.

 

The Senior Consultant will play a key role in evaluating leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and overall behavioral competencies of candidates applying for roles within the Strategic Management Unit. This is a short-term, high-impact consulting engagement requiring deep executive experience and strong assessment capability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral and leadership assessments for senior-level candidates.

Evaluate executive presence, cultural fit, decision-making style, and alignment with the strategic goals of the internal unit.

Participate in structured interview panels with the client’s leadership and HR teams.

Provide objective insights and detailed feedback to support final hiring decisions.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional assessment standards throughout the process.

Skills Required

Former or current CXO-level leader (CEO, COO, Strategy Head, Business Unit Lead, or similar).

Minimum 25 years of professional experience with a strong track record in leadership roles.

Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or evaluating senior professionals is preferred.

Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal evaluation skills.

Open to travel to Delhi and Hyderabad between 10–18 December
