We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraiser to join our team.
As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in -
✅ Securing the necessary funds to support our skilling and wellbeing
center.
✅Finding sponsorship programs for women.
✅Inventory support for our center.
✅Funds for Operation and Maintenance costs.
Your efforts will directly contribute to empowering women and providing them with opportunities for personal and economic growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., non-profit management, marketing, business administration, or communications).
- Proven track record in fundraising, donor relationship management, and grant writing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, with excellent organizational and time management
skills.
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices, trends, and ethical guidelines.
- Passion for the mission and vision of the organisation, and a genuine commitment to women's empowerment and social justice.

As a freelancing platform, we do not provide permanent positions or full-time job to our consultant network.
Flexing It will be involved end to end right from contracts to invoicing. Once you are finalized, your payment details are transparently laid out in your contract terms with your client and our team actively liaises with the client finance team to ensure timely payments.
We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
