Assignment Details

Our client is a Start up working towards providing dental solutions. They are looking to engage with a consultant who has had experience with manufacturing of dental equipments for a short term project.

They are looking forward to manufacture three type of products which include
1) Dental Burs
2) Dental air rotor hand pieces
3) Endodontic Hand files

They are looking for a consultant to provide the following services related to the client's products:

1) Market report
2) Product development
3) Manufacturing process and flow
4) Recruitment of Expertise to run the plant
5) Licenses under reforms required

Point 1 is the most important for the rest of the points to fall into sequence. Market report is of priority for now.

• Project deliverables: Expected end products from the assignment
The client needs market report/Strategic Deck of the above products to be manufactured, which would include Detailed Project Report, Business Plan for Manufacturing Plant, Industry Trends, Market Research, Manufacturing Process, Machinery, Raw Materials, Project report, Cost and Revenue,
Pre-feasibility study for Profitable Manufacturing Business, Project Identification, Project feasibility and Market Study, Identification of Profitable Industrial Project Opportunities, Preparation of Techno-Economic Feasibility Report, Process, Equipment, General Guidance.
They would like you to produce the results at the earliest. The end products should be at par to the highest quality of the Top 5 products available in the market or more

Note - The client expects the market report to be presented within 1 month.

Skills Required

- Ideal qualifications and prior work experience; functional and industry
experience expected in the consultant
- For Market report analysis they would need a veteran in the field of gathering digital data for the entire dental industry study based on the product to be manufactured(as mentioned in description). Someone who understand the healthcare manufacturing industry would be preferred.

Minimum work experience required: Minimum 5 years
