Opportunity to be part of exciting revolution in Hospitality space. The job involves identifying and acquiring new properties to on board the platform meeting our screening criteria. We are looking to create a next level of customer experience and therefore each and every property needs to be meticulously selected and created. Assignment details are as follows:
1. Doing an area mapping
2. Shortlisting on the areas with potential and doing a deep dive
3. Identifying properties meeting our criteria
4. Visiting the properties and collecting data along with pictures
5. Establishing contact with owners/brokers
6. Doing an initial viability study
7. Making a proposal and presenting it to management for onboarding the property.
- Administration
- Analysis
- Good negotiation skills
- Communication and Liaising Skills
- Self Starter and go getter attitude
-Hotel, Real estate or Admin background would be an added advantage
